1. Degree or Diploma in Nursing

If you are an AIN we require a minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience to join our agency. If you are a recent RN or EEN graduate we require two placements to be completed prior to joining, with one being in Aged Care. If you are an experienced RN or EEN, we only require registration to apply.

Our recruitment process is thorough, and the team take time to ensure we are hiring the right nurses and carers. Please allow up to 2 weeks for our recruiters to get in touch regarding your application.

1. The UK’s climate may be quite different from the country you are travelling from. We can guide you on suitable clothing to take with you.
2. Bring UK adaptors for charging your mobile phone and personal computer so you can communicate with friends and family after your arrival.
3. Do not bring substances or medications for which you do not have valid prescriptions, or which violate air travel regulations.
4. Bring all your original documents with you. Your RightCross Healthcare consultant will advise on which documents to carry.
